  Some General Information:
Liquid detergent raw materials:
Surface active organic compounds in big volumes are used in soap and detergant production. Linear alkylbenzene sulphonate (LAS) and fatty alcohol sulphate are examples of these. The same is true for the fatty acids which are the main elements of soaps. With this intention, oleum, sud caustic, various sodium phosphates and big part of many additives that compose less than 3% of the weight of the product are purchased. organic soap manufacturer Turkey.
· Liquid Hand Soap:
Liquid hand soap, basically is produced in a similar way as liquid dish washing detergent. However, since the structure of a hand is different and is sensitive, there are differences in hand soap production.

Necessary Ingredients:
· Sodium Laureth Ether Sulphate (SLES)
· Betaine
· CocoDiethanolamine
· Glycerine
· Salt
· Lauryl alcohol
· Mother of Pearl
· Sodium Alkane Sulphate
· Formaldehyde (Preservetive)
· Scent
· Bleach:

Solutions used to clean and bleach the laundry made of vegetal ingredients and containing active chlorine in the form of alkali hypochlorite, or sometimes containing sodium perborate. The consumers should dilute (water down) bleaches according to the proportion specified on its container, should definitely not contact to the skin, and use only in cleaning of linen and like laundry, should not use on satin and wool laundry.
How to make bleach:

5% solution of Sodiumhipochloride (NaClO), Water (H2O)

DETERGENT ADDITIVES
RAW MATERIALS OF DETERGENTS
Surface active organic compounds in all volumes are used in soap and detergant production. Linear alkylbenzene sulphonate (LAS) and fatty alcohol sulphate are examples of these and are produced in hundreds of millions of kilos. The same is true for the fatty acids which are the main elements of soaps. With this intention, oleum, sud caustic, various sodium phosphates and big part of many additives that compose less than 3% of the weight of the product are purchased.
Sud Regulative Ingredients: These ingredients either ensure the suds to stay permanently or ensure reduction of the suds. Generally they are used together with surface active ingredient. These ingredients do not have a mutual chemical structure. Generally a special sud regulator is used for each surface active substance. Lauryl ethaolamite, alkylbenzene sulphate and lauryl alcohol-alkylsulphate can be shown as examples of substances that ensure suds to be consistent. Substances reducing suds are generally hydrophobic substances. Examples of these can be shown as long chain fatty acids, silicones and surface active substances which are not hydrophobic ionic.
Materials Increasing the Effects of Detergents: For this, mostly complex phosphates like sodiumtripolyphospate are used. These substances prevent sedimentation since they begin by composing complex of Ca++ and Mg++ ions that exist in water and give water its hardnes. In addition, they prevent the dirt disolved in water to settle back on the laundry again. With a detergent prepared by using complex poliphosphates, if the mixture proportions are well arranged, good cleaning will be achieved. Since they increase the effects of the detergent they reduce the detergent cost. In the composition of detergents there are also 3% of additives that increase the effects of the surface active ingredient.
 Detergent Additives: Sodium silicate (Na2SiO3), used as corosion inhibitor, protects the metal parts and layers of the washing machine. It increases the effects of corosion inhibitors. Carbocsimetyl cellulose is used to prevent recurrence of sedimentation. It sees the UV light to ensure the fabric to be shiny. It uses flourescent substances that can be transformed to light. Substances that make it blue prevents the fabric’s susceptibility to turn yellow. These are materials like indigo blue (bluing). Bleaches with peroksigen compositions are compounds effective in high temperatures. Perfume; Soap and detergent industries are the industries that use perfume the most. links links2
